Include a code of conduct for the contributors

MicroAI Paygate is a security-focused, decentralized payment system involving cryptography, microservices, and AI integrations. As the project grows and attracts contributors, it is important to establish clear community standards to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

Currently, the repository does not include a Code of Conduct.

Proposed Change

• Add a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file that:

  • Defines expected and unacceptable behavior
  • Promotes a welcoming and inclusive community
  • Outlines reporting and enforcement procedures
  • Aligns with widely accepted open-source standards (e.g., Contributor Covenant)

Why this is important

• Encourages healthy and professional collaboration
• Sets clear expectations for contributors and maintainers
• Helps prevent harassment, abuse, or unprofessional conduct
• Aligns the project with common open-source best practices

I’d be happy to work on adding this as a contributor if assigned.

Thanks for suggesting this. We already have the same request tracked in #35, and PR #66 is the active implementation path, so I'm closing this as a duplicate.
