The search labels are not responsive.

Describing the bug
The labels(HTML, react, etc) in the search bar don't filter as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to DevMate
2. Click on the labels to filter
3. You will see it doesn't filter and that's the error.

Expected behavior
To filter the profiles and display them according to the tags.

Desktop:
