Transform tutorial into an interactive notebook

The HTML tutorial at https://swish.swi-prolog.org/example/swish_tutorials.swinb already points here but I think it would make it more approachable and fun if this is a notebook as well.
And also easier to maintain, perhaps?

True - however very little of the tutorial can be done in swish. And directing the student partially to swish and partially to their own install is awkward.
It might make more sense for the tutorial to be a dedicated self running server. You d/l and run a web server, and then it guides you through the process.

The time's better spent updating the tutorial. It's out of date and need a rewrite.
