To install documentation is misleading

1. 'cd' to the directory containing the package's source code and type
   './configure' to configure the package for your system
   Is misleading.
   One might assume "the directory containing the package's source code " mean scr.

better to say cd to the pacake's root directory and/ot optionmatric.

Your talking about the file named INSTALL. I believe this is a standard GNU INSTALL file from GNU Build System (Autotools). I'll look if there is a newer version of the file with better clarity or just revise it myself.
