Suggestion for a Widget of type "Group"

Would it be possible to introduce an item type of type "group" which would accept a label that would be a centered/highlighted label? A group icon would take the user to another "page" with other apps/widgets that the user could define. The reasoning behind this would be to create groups rather than scrolling the lab-dash page to see a large number of apps. If this feature were to be created, it might also introduce a "sticky" attribute for widgets/apps which would display apps/widgets with the "sticky" attribute on the main page and also on all group pages as well.
