use / add analog throttle with old dosbox flight games

Is there a way to use antimicrox and dosbox together to implement throttle control for old flight games that didn't support analog throttles? They usually used + or - to increase decrease throttle for the planes. Sample games, 'Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe', 'Red Baron', 'Wing Commander' etc... Thanks.
