Windows build

Someone asked me for help with editing their Skyward Sword save file and I found this, but I couldn't find a Windows build of it.
Do you have one? Or if not could you provide some basic instructions on how to get it compiled as I'm not sure where to start.
I thought Cygwin might work, but I don't have that installed at the moment nor do I have room for it on my laptop as it is a rather large install once common libraries and such are installed. So I thought I'd ask you first before I go through the ordeal of clearing up space on my rather small laptop HDD so I can install Cygwin which might not even work.

I'll take a look at this later and try to compile somethin. But, this was developed with QT Creator and therefore makes use of the build system associated with it. (qmake)

Try installing this: https://www.qt.io/download#qt-creator and opening the provided project file?

I might not have much time to look at it until Sunday at the earliest and I'm leaving again on Monday, and I'm not familiar with Qt Creator, so if you could whip up a build that would be the easiest.

Have you had a chance to look at this yet? I'm afraid I haven't been much home lately (been busy with IRL things) and won't be for another few weeks as I'm going on vacation soon, but once I'm back I will have time to give this a proper go myself.
