[Bug] Custom heading color is not applied in previews.

Describe the bug
Custom heading color is not applied in previews. Instead, headings are in the original bland color.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. Load the theme and Style Settings plugin in a sandbox vault.

1. Turn on "Custom heading color"
2. type " ## heading" (It should be colorful based on the color scheme)
3. preview said heading in outline pane/ backlink pane/ anywhere
4. See error

Expected behavior
Said heading is the same color as in edit/reading mode
