Make sure we support JSON Schema FC with pattern properties

See the paragraphs related to pattern properties at the end of this blog post https://yokota.blog/2021/03/29/understanding-json-schema-compatibility/ . Make sure we support that use-case for full compatibility checking, and add them as test cases to the testsuite.
