[Plugin Request] GitHub Projects Sync

### Description

A plugin that keeps a kanban board synced with its GitHub projects counterpart.

This would make it easier to organize and add the possibility to link private data to issues.

### Impact

Mostly developers that work with GitHub.

### Additional Context

This can be later expanded to also include simpler views for issues in general.
