Unable to sync database using sync client (syncthings here)

i have basically a lot of sync issues
first with the LOCK file and the .log file

how the hell appflowy is working ? why appflowey keep file open by process ? and why this lock ?

what is the prupose of choosing a folder if we cannot do sync between computers, and why dont make a signgle compressed file like .docx instead

it basically break evrythig i do previously with obsidian even if i prefer appflowy ui
