[Bug] DB view duplication does not seem to be functional

Bug Description

When you right click on a database view tab, there is a "duplicate view" button there, but it does not seem to be doing anything.

How to Reproduce

1. open any DB
2. right click on the DB view tab in the top left and click on the "duplicate view" option
3. nothing happens

Expected Behavior

I expect a new tab to appear named "tab name (copy)" or something like that
