will this consider the fact that some of the global attribute already exist

Just a quick question, for example there is a local attribute named color(red, green), and there is an existing global attribute name color as well, which may have red, green, black.
When I run the script , will it convert "local red" to "global red"? or it will just create another global color attribute(color2)? can converted to "global color2-red".
