Layouts: allow user to swap the windows of different window nodes

The user should be able to swap the windows of any two window nodes, even if they are on different branches of the layout tree.

This means having mutable references to two (disjoint) parts of the same tree, so I have a feeling `unsafe` is gonna be required.
