Comparing Met forcing data

Here are the timeseries plots of met data from various sources to provide an overview of differences between these sources.
Data Sources:

1. BoM at site of Hindmarsh Island (note the BoM solar radiation data are daily-averaged);
2. the met data used for previous MER eWater sims;
3. BARRA met data at the same site of Hindmarsh Island;

Summary and discussion:

1. the moving-average solar radiations are similar in all sources;
2. the BoM air temperature and humidity have more variation than other sources, though their moving-average have similar seasonal trends and ranges;
3. the wind speeds show more deviation from these sources, with higher in BoM and lower in previous MER sims.
4. the UWA team is runing sims to compare the impacts of these met data on the changes in modelled hydrology and water quality; Further results will be provided here once the sims finish. At the same time, discussion is welcome to provide your comments on this issue.
