Updated BC's 2020.1 - 2021.6:

Tidal Datum correction

Hi Brendan,

The original FINAL_compiledTideData_1990-2020.xlsx tide data set was a composite of:
1/1/1990 - 17/08/1998 - Murray Mouth review TFV bc file, patched with CHM corrected CHM model data file
17/08/1998 - 31/12/2002 - CHM model input file corrected for tide station datum (-0.579) and Coorong offset (+0.137)
1/1/2003 - 31/12/2015 - TFV bc file from previous DEW TFV model runs
1/1/2016 - 31/7/2020 - TFV bc file generated using DEW R script (VH tide gauge and patched with Barker Knoll, both datum corrections applied)

Testing of the TFV coarse model resulted in all data generated using the DEW R script AND the CHM input file having the Coorong datum correction (+0.137) removed and so the revised FINAL_compiledTideData_1990-2021.xlsx file provided on 23 July 2021 is the same composition as above, albeit with the Coorong datum removed where it was applied and the data period extended to 1/7/2021 using the DEW R script.

I hope this makes sense.
