Add outlet file write frequency to 'nsave' parameter in output block #14
Description
Currently, the 'nsave' parameter in the output block only effects the frequency of the the NetCDF and CSV point files. It would be good to see the outlet file write frequency also be controlled by 'nsave' or a new parameter be created to control this. In the reservoir I am working on, outlet releases come from two different elevations (separated by ~30m). Discharge volumes from the two outlets can rapidly change from one hour to the next. Having control over outlet write frequency would allow for better calibration of the model to observed release temperatures from the two discharge elevations.
