Ready for release of 1.9.18

Sorry this skipped code review.

I cloned this project.  Added https://code.google.com/p/appengine-maven-plugin/ as a remote then pulled from there and pushed back here on the master branch.

No merge conflicts, all seems to work.

@meriouma can you do a release?

Also anyone else using this project?
