Applying `theme(text = element_text(size = 7))` after `theme_arcadia()` makes it so that the font size cannot be adjusted

...Which is super weird behavior. I get that this is an edge case, as we'll mostly want to apply `theme_arcadia()` and then not mess with it, but it should be an option to change things with additional layers and it's weird that that doesn't currently work
