Contributing to tum-python

We appreciate contributing on tum-python, please, if you want to contribute read this file to know the main rules in code writing and code style.

Please consider next rules of writing if you want to help tum-python:

  • PEP8;

  • Strict typing annotations.

Pull Requests

To create and send pull request, please, follow next steps

To create a pull request in GitHub:

  • Fork the repository you want to contribute to
  • Make your changes in a new branch
  • Push those changes to your fork
  • Go to the original repository, click on "Compare & pull request," and fill out the necessary details before clicking "Create pull request."
  • Please check if the PR fulfills these requirements
  • The commit follows our code writing
  • Tests for the changes have been added (for bug fixes / features)
  • Docs have been added / updated (for bug fixes / features)
  • What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

  • What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
