iWLAN app crashing from time to time

I am getting he popup from time to time that the iWLAN app crasshed

After a reboot WiFi Calling seems to work and iWLAN registers for a bit.

I used to experience this, but as soon as I got IMS to be registered it stopped crashing.

Following these instructions, I had to wipe my device, check in 12L if it registered IMS correctly, then installed A15. Weirdly enough that fixed it.

Tried that today, no change. iWLAN works great on 12L but does not carry over to the latest (12-16) build
I looked at the bug report and see the below as part of the iWLAN crash

I will try and compare the modem configuration from stock to A15 and see if there is a diff.
