Confused, is this a stable rom for the surface duo 1?

Hi folks. Thanks for all the efforts to date. I am confused, is this a stable rom for the surface duo 1? I am looking for a cheap large display Android phone. Not really bothered about much other than phone calls and being able to use it without bugs. I often use Lineage on older phones, would this suffice? Read a few bugs in your Issues and was wondering your thoughts. Think it's cool to own devices to experiment with, except my tight budget doesn't allow at the moment. So could this be used without issues or does the touch and display cease to function after a while? Thanks for all the work!

to be fair I've been using the A15 variant on my Duo 2 for the past few months and am pretty happy with it and that's a stable version I believe
