SendDoneToTracker status is always -1, despite having no active tasks that are complete/sending done to tracker

Seesaw version: 0.10.3
Python version: 3.9.19 (main, Aug 2 2024, 02:56:48) [GCC 12.2.0]

Unsure if this is a Seesaw/Warrior bug or if this is a project-specific (in my case, auto/Telegram) bug, but even when I have no tasks that are done/pending removal from the UI (e.g. all of my tasks are wgetting), the overview at the top always shows SendDoneToTracker: -1.

In any case, this is probably just a visual bug, tasks are being completed just fine.

Seems to resolve itself after some time, but will keep open in case this is an easy fix.
