Not seeing Actuators tab in QGC

If I use pymavlink to connect my drone to QGC, I do not see the Actuators tab. Instead, I see the old Motors tab. 

However, if I use mavlink-router to connect my drone to QGC, then I do see the Actuators tab.

Any ideas? The Actuators tab is really useful for configuring the actuators so I would love to see it.
