The CI failures for LiteLLM instrumentation are due to Python version compatibility: the package supports Python >=3.9 and <3.14, so jobs running on Python 3.14 will fail with installation or test errors (exit code 2) because of the requires-python constraint in the package metadata. This is not a Windows-specific issue, but a version compatibility problem surfaced by the CI matrix setup. To fix this, update your CI matrix and tox.ini to only include supported Python versions (3.9 through 3.13) for LiteLLM instrumentation jobs. If you want to support Python 3.14, you'll need to update the requires-python constraint and verify compatibility first. Similar issues have affected other instrumentations when unsupported Python versions were included in CI jobs (example).
