## AUTONOMOUS OPERATIONS & PERMISSIONS
- FULL BROWSER CONTROL: Authorized to research docs, GitHub examples, and competitive landscapes.
- REPO MANAGEMENT: Authorized to create/update files, manage branches, and create PRs.
- AGENT HIERARCHY: Lead Orchestrator (You) delegates to worker agents (Research, Builder, DevOps, Testing, Documentation).

## TASK SCHEDULING & ROADMAP
- WEEK 1-4: Foundation & Authentication (Next.js, Supabase, RLS).
- WEEK 5-10: Core Features (Medications & Appointments via manual entry + voice).
- WEEK 11-16: Insurance (OCR extraction) & Caregiver Dashboard.

## COMPLIANCE & ACCESSIBILITY
- HIPAA-Ready: Supabase RLS, TLS 1.3, encrypted storage.
- Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA minimum, voice-first navigation.
