If some is interested, just some addition to my previous post about this model in regards to packet 10 and 11

Byte 13, in addition to 05/07/27/2F/80/A2 values can have:
A3 - defrost
81 - a/c reached the setpoint temperature and is still on, but stopped heating/cooling. It changes back to 27 when it starts heating/cooling again when the temp. is below the setpoint (heating) or above (cooling)
Byte 6 can be 00/01 indicating Quiet Operating Mode

Packet 11 - response 40 00 11 has 2 temperatures:
