Midea branded VRF

Hi,
We have recently installed a Midea branded multi split VRF in our house (model is MDV-V200WN1). I have put some details on homeassistant forum asking for help.

Someone there pointed me to this valuable repo here. Apparently, Midea is using this P1P2 bus to talk to the wired wall controller as well as other internal units.

I was wondering if anyone has tested P1P2MQTT on the Midea brand?

It seems the relatively new Midea X1/X2 interface looks similar to P1/P2, but do you have confirmation that it is a HBS interface, can you see any of the circuitry on the PCB near the interface and see which IC is used to interface to it?

As far as I know nobody tried it yet. It is very likely that the logical protocol is entirely different.
