Nuget packages adds razor section to main web.config

The namespace should be added to the views web.config

<add namespace="MvcNavigation" />

otherwise it errors.

To utilize with ASP.NET MVC 4, do as above, but also remove the configSection reference from the main Web.config as already in Views/Web.config.
