Builtin sounds don't sound nice at higher volumes

With increases sound volume on speakers, there is wavy-ocean-noise along the ticking sound which is not comfortable to listen.

My Scenario

I increased sound volume to 200% in TomoBar and am using volume boost from 3rd party softwares too.

I have experienced the wavy-ocean-noise on:

• My External Monitor speakers (which I mostly use as redirect for sound from TomoBar)
• Macbook Air Speakers
• Headphone
• Earbuds
