"No Minimap" / "Skip Minimap" Tile option

May need a better name, I'm leaning towards "Skip Minimap".

Either a custom property in the .tsx or a type.

Not exactly a server feature, this only needs to be implemented on the client afaik.

That's for disabling access to the minimap with M, "Skip Minimap" as a tile option is for preventing tiles from displaying on the minimap.
