HUD toggle API

Net.hide_hud(player_id) + Net.show_hud(player_id)

It might be worth changing these to Net.hide_player_hud(player_id) + Net.show_player_hud(player_id) if there's a need for an area or server wide hud toggle.

What for? cutscenes show hud iirc.

I thought you requested this feature. I was able to find some cutscenes that exclude the hud (the BN6 ending is one).

Ah for most human overworld stuff yeah I can see that. It might be nice to add for more cinematic cutscenes (like a story moment that happened in "the past"). I'll add it to my todos.
