Support URL pathing / Bookmarking

type in 192.180.1.16/ACDC3/warp2 to Mr. Prog on the homepage -> maps to a warp named "warp2" in the area map "ACDC3".

This idea came up when discussing the possible requirement to jack out to change navis in the future. Allowing players to create a "bookmark" to this warp will allow them to quickly get to the server destination they want.

Alternatively (or is it complementary to this idea?) we did discuss server bookmarks to warp to people's favorite. This may be inline with the same idea.

ip/area_name/warp_name becomes the format. So adding 192.180.1.16/ACDC3/warp2 to a bookmark warp will also create a warp pad from TIled to that destination.

It's been discussed that we can have the client scrape just the IP-port pair and send the rest of the path as data. e.g.

192.180.1.16/ACDC3/warp2 becomes ip="192.180.1.16:3000" and data={path="ACDC3/warp2"}

We can send this data to the server with a join signal. This will allow server scripters to do as they please.

Is this doable 100% as-is right now? Is there anything left to discuss? If not, I'll close this and move this feature to the Client's to-dos.

It should be entirely doable from the client, but we may want to add an example script in the scripts folder to see more servers having this feature by default.

Until I can confirm that is the case for the Client, I'll leave this issue open.
