Proposal: Hindi (hi) Translation for OpenTune Web

I recently contributed a few PRs to the OpenTune Android app and would love to help with OpenTune-Web as well.

I was wondering if you would be interested in adding a Hindi (hi) translation for the website.

Hindi is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, with hundreds of millions of speakers. Adding Hindi support could help make OpenTune more accessible to a larger audience and improve the experience for Hindi-speaking users.

If you're interested, I can prepare the translation and submit a PR following the existing localization structure used in the project.

I think the entire website should be rebuilt using this same design, and Next.js would be the best choice for this
