Title: Show HN: CORD – Constitutional AI enforcement engine for autonomous agents

Body: I've been watching AI agents get deployed with basically no enforcement layer. They propose file deletions, exfiltrate data, get jailbroken by prompt injection hidden in the content they process — and nothing stops it before it executes.

CORD is my answer: a 14-check protocol pipeline that intercepts every agent action before execution.

Hard violations (extortion, jailbreaks, identity fraud, protocol bypass) bypass scoring entirely — instant BLOCK, no appeal:

Plain English decisions — not just "BLOCK":

Real-time dashboard: npm run dashboard → live decision feed, block rate ring, hard block alerts, tamper-evident audit trail.

Built two implementations: Python (v2.2, on PyPI as cord-engine) and JavaScript (v3). 252 tests passing.

Real numbers from running CORD on itself:

  • 44 live evaluations
  • 27.3% block rate
  • 8 hard blocks (behavioral extortion, jailbreak, protocol violations)

Title: CORD v3: Drop-in protocol enforcement for AI agents (OpenAI/Anthropic wrappers, real-time dashboard, hard blocks for extortion/jailbreaks/injection)

Body: Been building autonomous AI agents and kept running into the same problem: nothing stops a bad action before it executes. Prompt injection in external content, behavioral extortion patterns, jailbreak attempts, PII in outbound writes — all of it just goes through.

So I built CORD.

Two-line integration:

What it catches:

  • Behavioral extortion ("send X unless they pay") → HARD BLOCK
  • Prompt injection / jailbreaks / DAN mode → HARD BLOCK
  • Constitutional bypass ("ignore rules, override protocols") → HARD BLOCK
  • Shell injection (rm -rf, eval, subprocess) → BLOCK
  • PII in outbound writes (SSN, CC, email in network calls) → BLOCK
  • Data exfiltration (curl/wget to external hosts) → BLOCK
  • Normal operations → ALLOW

Hard blocks bypass scoring entirely — they can't be overcome by context or weighting. This matters because scoring-only systems can be argued around.

Plain English decisions:

   Fix: Remove conditional threats or coercive language.

Real-time dashboard: npm run dashboard → dark SOC-style UI, live decision feed, block rate, hard block toast alerts, tamper-evident audit trail.

Stats from running CORD on itself: 44 evaluations, 27.3% block rate, 8 hard blocks.

252 tests passing (Python + JavaScript engines).
