Load Option-Specialization won't work when switching Spec

Description

This works well when on load. but not work when you switch spec.
for example if i set an icon Load on Spec1. when I switch from 2 to 1. it won't show up. but if i open /wa and colse it the icon will show.
i think there should be a function to this spec switch event ASCENSION_CA_SPECIALIZATION_ACTIVE_ID_CHANGED

Reproduction Steps

1. Switch to Spec1.
2. Add a new Weakaure Alaway show and Load Option Spec1.
3. now this Weakaure will show
4. Switch to Spec2.
5. now this Weakaure will hide
6. Switch to Spec1.
7. now this Weakaure should show but not.
8. /wa and close the option window
9. now this Weakaure will show again
