When the new hotbar (bit 2 set in -o options) is NOT used, the keybindings that display when holding down shift/ctrl show Bless being on Hotkey D, while in reality it still hollows the hotbar keybindings and bless is actually on F. and D has Lightning ball.
I assume this is mostly a graphical glitch for those who do not use the hotbar.
