Packet-based administration GUI for in-game moderation. Features: player list, contextual actions per player (kick, ban, teleport, etc.) via simple button clicks.

Validation run: git diff --check HEAD~1..HEAD; bash -n scripts/ensure-wasm-live-fixture.sh; scripts/ensure-wasm-live-fixture.sh --help; docker compose config and ps against /home/bfan/astonia_community_server3; cargo test --manifest-path gateway/Cargo.toml; legacy-path scan over docs/scripts returned no matches. This documents the disposable newer-server live fixture without adding browser-side protocol decoding.
