Allow replayed requests to back through request filters

Its not clear that replayed events go back through the request filters. Its possible to want to have both scenarios. This RFE requests that the option to allow replayed requests to back through the request filters be created.

In general, it should be possible to replay a request and have the request go through the request and response filters again just like the original request.
