[BUG] ui: create new directory has missing textfield as admin

Description

The "new folder" button opens a dialog that is not populated with a textfield.
(uploading folders works via upload folder flow)

To Reproduce

• (First) login with an admin user.
• click on files -> new directory button.
• See error: dialog opens but the actual content is missing - except from the action buttons - therefore no folder can be created via ui.

It works, if logged in with another/ first "normal" user.

Expected Behavior

Dialog shows a textfield to enter the folder/directory name.

Environment

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04
• Browser: Vivaldi 8.0.4033.46 /Chromium Version 148.0.7778.263
• OxiCloud Version: 0.60

@swissiety can you check this on version 0.8.0 or later we shipped a new frontend and i can't reproduce this issue on it to I think that it is resolved.
