[UX] improve sharing a directory/file with another user

Description

I can search and select the admin user when I want to share a file/directory with the admin, but after hitting apply the share is not listed under shared files.

(Maybe it applies to normal files as well.)

To Reproduce

click on file -> share -> select admin -> apply; then check another tab for shared files or reopen the file->share and see that nothing is pre-selected

Expected Behavior

a) I see the shared file in the shared files listing b) I see the file -> share settings I previously applied

if you try to share with a non registered user (external) it will works only if SMTP env are configured
if not set you will see:

on this case we need to improve UI (it should not propose external user till SMTP is configured)

Ok, I see what confused me: when I select the admin user there is already a badge/pill item popping up with the admin username outside the text window: I can click apply but before I need to click on that add Button to the right, which I I have completely ignored as I assumed selecting a user and clicking apply would be it as the apply button was enabled and it seemed to have selected the admin user already. I learned something new ;-)

While my bad - I think that we should do one of these things (or something else) to improve ux:
a) disable the apply button when nothing changed
b) warn users that they started changing something which is not yet ready to be applied and that will be discarded (not a big loss but would warn that their intention did not finish)
c) visualize selected users somehow differently (first time users don't know that there needs to pop up another table)
d) ... ?
