[IMPROVEMENTS] Better Wiki

I think the wiki is good for players but its weak for people who wanna customize this plugin for their server.
So I think wiki should be upgraded like explaining how to modify skills, add new recipes based on level, how to create loottables, what commands are and what they do etc

I know, it just takes a lot of time and i have other priorities atm
