Lootin Dependency Breaks API

When trying to add ValhallaMMO as a dependency or building a plugin using the ValhallaMMO API, the user will receive an error, as the current implementation of the Lootin dependency makes the IDE search the path of the ValhallaMMO project, C:/Users/Athlaeos, which obviously does not exist in any other users files.

Could not find artifact com.github.sachin:lootin:jar:13.4 at specified path C:\Users\Athlaeos\Desktop\Java Projects\ValhallaMMO\core/Lootin-13.4.jar

I understand that this is due to Lootin not having an official maven repo, which forces it to be stored within the plugin.

This issue does not go away if the user adds the jar file to their project in the same way as Valhalla.

are you changing the dependency path to now direct to the lootin jar in your project? after all, i don't think you named your desktop Athlaeos

Yeah, I did, it found it within my project, but the API still wanted it in that location
