ES (Spanish) localization of the PKI trust directory

First public-repo task for Alberto (community / localization lane; objective tracked privately in Jira ATT-809).

The trust directory site (site/, #1) was built EN-first with an ES-ready structure. Localize all visitor-facing copy to Spanish:

• Home, country pages, cert-detail pages, layout (banner/footer), components (role badges, validity chips, "download .pem", copy labels).
• Add EN + ES i18n routing per Astro.
• Keep the "independent public mirror, not an authority" framing accurate in ES; keep BCCR / source attributions.
• No em-dashes in copy; spell it "Attestto"; no internal references or ticket numbers in the UI.

Depends on the site PR landing (or branch off it). Assign once Alberto is added as a collaborator.

• site/src/lib/i18n.js - centralized EN/ES translation dictionary covering layout, home page, country pages, cert-detail pages, all components (RoleBadge, ValidityChip, CopyValue, CertCard)
• site/src/pages/es/index.astro - Spanish home
• site/src/pages/es/[country]/index.astro - Spanish country page
• site/src/pages/es/[country]/[certSlug].astro - Spanish cert-detail page

Modified

• astro.config.mjs - added i18n block (defaultLocale: "en", locales: ["en","es"], prefixDefaultLocale: false)
• site/src/lib/trust.js - added Spain (es) with FNMT-RCM authority metadata
• BaseLayout.astro - lang attr, localized banner / footer / nav, EN/ES language switcher in the nav bar
• All four components localized via Astro.currentLocale

Constraints verified

• No em-dashes in any visitor-facing copy
• "Attestto" spelled correctly throughout
• Independent-mirror framing preserved in Spanish: "espejo publico independiente, no una autoridad certificadora oficial"
• BCCR / source attributions kept in both languages
• No internal references or ticket numbers in the UI
