For Full Diso,grab Region and Distributor from tracker

On most trackers, uploading Full Diso requires Region and Distributor.I'd like to get these directly from the tracker, rather than through additional args

I'd love to know which tracker can automagically assign the correct region and distributor ids.

Tracker can't automagically assign the correct region and distributor ids,but in the u3d tracker,like blu,these are torrents fields to fill out and have been checked by the Torrent Moderator.u3d tracker api also supports getting region_id and distributor_id

Nice idea, but none of the unit3d trackers I double checked actually returned those details though.
