No base quantities for Floors/IfcSlab in Rvt22

I have the same issue with RVT22 for IfcSlab. In RVT21 and RVT23 it works for an IfcSlab without openings, where I get six BaseQuantities GrossArea, GrossVolume, NetArea, NetVolume, Perimeter, Width. If I add an opening I only get two BaseQuantites NetArea and NetVolume for RVT21 and only NetVolume for RVT23. Which BaseQuantites are supposed to be exported from Revit and are there any known issues?

Experiencing this bug too :( column on the top has more quantities than identical column on the bottom. Consultants are baffled. I'm increasingly giving the feedback that Revit is simply inappropriate for model based costing and it's best to scrap the quantities and recalculate it all using native IFC software like Blender.

with the current exporter v. 23.2.5.0 for RVT23 there is a mixup of Depth and Width, see the attached screenshot.

the problem with missing quantities when an opening is added to the slab still exists.

We (BiMOTiON GmbH - SOFiSTiK Group) solved this issue already in 2021 by our own exporter. if someone is interested in it, please let me know.

Problem still exists with the new exporter version [Release 24.1.0] and [Release 23.3.0]. The export of BaseQuantites is a huge problem for quantity takeoff at the moment, please consider fixing it with the next release.
