PR: IFC export elevation error

Problem Description

Something strange happens with the export of elements when adding recesses in the elements.

Export of elements all goes as it should, but even when i want to add the smallest recess (void) i get all strange elevation problems.
WIth structural collumns it seems that he places all the elements on the ground floor.
With other structural framings the elevation differences seems the differ. one time placing the elements to high to other time it places the elements to low.

We have done some further testing (Struyck is my colleague) and the elevations seem to be linked to the IfcExportAs parameter. When we use IfcColumn (for the above mentioned case) the elevation offset occurs resulting in a incorrect export. However if we change IfcExportAs to IfcWall the elevation offset disappears resulting in a correct export.

Leaving IfcExportAs blank will also result in export failure.
