PR: user defined parameters are not exported

Problem Description

... When exporting from a parameter mapping file, parameters are not exported.

This is observed in the aaddon versions heigher 22.3.0. Starting with Revit 2022

Try in the text file IfcElementType instead IfcElement because you want to export type parameters. Or tick the Checkbox in the Exporter for "Allow use of Type Properties in instance property Sets"
