PR: Export IFC - Export parameter mapping table not working for IFC2X3 schema

Problem Description

When exporting to IFC with schema IFC2X3 the Export parameter mapping table (txt) file does not map the Revit Parameters to the IFC Pset_*Common properties.

Example: Revit parameter 'brandwerendheid' is not mapped to Pset_WallCommon.FireRating.
