Issue

The IFC Exporter from Revit incorrectly exports Length parameter values of 1905mm (75in), 3810mm (150in), and 7620mm (300in) to become:

How is BSS Length defined in Revit? What is the length unit in the IFC file? Without a sample file, we can't identify the issue. However, these sorts of issues are a lot less common in modern versions of Revit unless there is some mismatch with the definition of the shared parameter in Revit.
